Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well-established law firm in Redlands to identify an experienced Paralegal to join its team. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting attorneys in both the local office and remotely based colleagues.

Position Overview

The Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys with probate, conservatorship, and civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Prepare and assist with probate accountings
• Draft, format, and revise discovery, pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Manage calendaring, deadlines, and court schedules
• Handle service and transmittal of legal documents and correspondence
• Coordinate with process servers, court reporters, experts, and other third parties
• Perform in-person and electronic filings with various California county courts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience in a law office setting
• Experience with probate proceedings, conservatorships, and accountings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of civil discovery and litigation procedures
• Solid understanding of California state and local court rules
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
